Where to See The Sparks Outside the Park this Kaboom Town!

By: Kristina Rowe | July 4 is almost here, and residents and visitors in DFW love to celebrate our nation’s independence. Addison’s signature event, Kaboom Town! is one of the country’s most popular fireworks events and has been for more than 25 years. In addition to the free event which draws legendary crowds to the Town of Addison each year, many of Addison’s restaurants and watering holes will have parties of their own.

Live music, drink specials and incredible food (everything from tacos to barbecue to burgers, plus southern food, steaks, and seafood) will be offered at Kaboom Town! watch parties.

Keeping with tradition, this year's celebration will be held on July 3 (Sunday). The big event in Addison Circle Park gets started at 5 pm but many watch parties start earlier in the day, and some are on Saturday. There’s a full list of celebrations at AddisonKaboomTown.com, and we’ve got tips to help you decide which parties to hit up.
