Founder Brew Master behind 3 Nations Brewing! Gavin’s brewing journey started at Germany’s legendary World Beer Academy and took him through top U.S. breweries like Goose Island, Karbach, and Rahr & Sons. When it was time to go solo, he paid his dues brewing the first-ever batches of GPA, American Wit, and Bulls Brown Ale in a non-AC warehouse in Farmers Branch.

Now operating out of an upgraded Carrollton taproom, Gavin traded the sweat equity for a thriving community hub. Stop by, grab a pint, and share a toast with the team making the magic happen daily!

With a 29-year career spanning high-end California dining and the heart of the Texas craft beer boom, Landon Amis knows exactly what makes a world-class brew. Landon spent a decade managing the massive, legendary beer list as the buyer for Fort Worth's original Flying Saucer Draught Emporium.

Since 2012, he has served as Director of Operations for Rodeo Goat, launching and growing the brand alongside industry icons Shannon Wynne and Keith Schlabs. From early days at Wolfgang Puck’s to decades of high-volume curation, Landon brings unparalleled tasting expertise to today's competition table.

Paige Albarian

Paige Albarian

Paige has dedicated 15 years to hospitality operations, historically serving as the go-to liquid gatekeeper for company beer portfolios. Her passion for the pint runs deep and she currently leads the charge at Topgolf.

Paige is a massive fan of the craft community—especially when an authentic, crisp Oktoberfest style is poured. She’s ready to judge your brew, but her high standards are nothing to shake a golf club at.

You probably know Matt McClearin as the booming voice co-hosting The Invasion on 96.7/1310 The Ticket, but today, his focus is strictly on the foam. Matt is a certified die-hard craft beer enthusiast who literally hosts a show—Sippin' on the Road—dedicated to exploring the finest liquid art the Metroplex has to offer. He’s drank beer with the best of 'em, had collaborative releases named in his honor, and knows exactly what separating a championship-level pint from a benchwarmer looks like.
