New Year’s resolutions seem to never last, but what if they were something you really wanted to do? This year we said “New Year, New Me!” and have gathered 10 resolutions to get you out all over Town.

1. Eat at every Addison Restaurant

burger & fries

We are using the dining guide to keep track of everywhere we have eaten! Mark it off and brag on social with #addisoneats when you check off a new restaurant. Whether you start on one side of Town and work your way around or jump all over the map, Addison’s 200+ restaurants have more than enough to keep you coming back for more.

2. Try Something New

arcade game

Addison is home to top experiences. Check out VR gaming at Zero Latency to really get in the game. Play a round at Puttshack for a top-of-the-line entertainment experience complete with the Addison exclusive Challenge Holes. Check out Addison’s top attractions here.

3. Lean into Your Artsy Side

public art

Did you know that Addison has more art per capita than any city in the U.S.? See them all (or just a few) on a self-guided public art tour through Addison, complete with notes from the artists on the Otocast app on Apple or Android.

4. Laugh Harder

Addison is home to two comedy clubs: TK’s Comedy and the Addison Improv

TK’s Comedy – Laugh, sip, and dine in this upscale venue. TK’s is home to an intimate comedy theatre, dining room, and a hidden speakeasy! Head over for dinner and a show, or to one of their great events.

Addison Improv – Many legends have graced the stage at Addison Improv. Discover national acts, up-and-coming talent, and incredible shows all in the classic comedy club environment.

5. Find your third place

coffee dring

As the world has gone digital, we have lost our third place, a public space to connect with others outside of work or home. Addison is full of hidden neighborhood spots. Get some fresh air in Addison Circle Park, with coffee, snacks, treats, and even happy hour sips at Java and Hopps in the pavilion. It’s a great place to meet up with friends, meet new people, and just get outside. Check out the best remote work spots in Addison for more ideas!

6. Stay up later
