To celebrate the Year of the Horse, Hawkers offers a hands-on Yusheng (prosperity salad) experience where diners choose their goals for the year, which chefs match with symbolic ingredients. Tables toss the salad together with chopsticks, share their intentions, and then enjoy the dish.
Each Yusheng features lucky ingredients like smoked salmon for abundance, carrots for luck, pomelo for success, and daikon for prosperity. The salad serves 2–4 people, costs $23.68, can be modified for allergens, and is available for dine-in only. Guests who order Yusheng in February also receive a red ribbon to write their goal, which will be displayed on Hawkers’ prosperity wall for the Year of the Horse.

Celebrate Lunar New Year at May Dragon Chinese Restaurant with a festive evening that blends tradition, culture, and cuisine. On select February evenings at 7:30 PM, guests are invited to enjoy an elegant Chinese dinner paired with a traditional Lion Dance performance, a time-honored symbol of luck, prosperity, and good fortune for the year ahead.
The experience includes a $10 cover charge, and dinner reservations are required. Seating is limited, so planning ahead is highly recommended for this memorable Lunar New Year celebration.
Lunar New Year Tet Party at Tasty Tails Seafood

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with bold flavors, festive vibes, and all-day specials at Tasty Tails’ Tet Party. Join the celebration with red envelope giveaways, food and drink specials, and live DJ entertainment to keep the energy going into the evening.
Guests can enjoy $5 per half-pound shrimp, clams, and mussels, $8 Vietnamese espresso martinis, and $5 Hennessy, plus a lively happy hour from 3–7 PM featuring charbroiled oysters, wings, cocktails, and more. DJ Daewu takes over from 6–10 PM to close out the night.
