Oktoberfest 2026 Food & Beverage Application


Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Addison Oktoberfest. Vendors are any food establishment serving open food or beverage requiring a permit under the Town of Addison Environmental Health Department and/or TABC. This includes any alcohol, edible substances, ice, beverages, or open ingredients.
 

Submission of the vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Vendor's application submission date will be a factor in selection, so prompt application submission is highly recommended. Vendors will be notified in writing confirming the selection or denial of an application. Accepted vendors will be provided with payment instructions at that time.

Location: Addison Circle Park: 4970 Addison Circle

Alcohol sales are not permitted.

 

Fees:

  • 20% Gross Sales +
  • $800 for a 10x20 or $1200 for a 20x20

 

Important Dates

Application Deadline: Friday, May 15, 2026

Acceptance Notifications Sent: Friday, May 29, 2026

Payment Due: Monday, June 15, 2026

Insurance + Health Permit Due: Monday, June 15, 2026

 

Exhibitor Selection Process:

All applications will be reviewed by a festival committee, to include industry experts, based on the photos submitted. Be sure to include a photo of your booth set-up, as it is a decisive factor in the selection process. Please include high-quality images for possible use with event promotional materials. In addition, the committee will consider the type of work for variety and event appropriateness. Notification of acceptance will be made on May 15th, 2026. No advance notification of acceptance will be provided via phone or email.
