Addison Special Event Hotel Packages
Addison’s signature events are returning in 2026, bringing thousands of visitors to the destination. Addison Kaboom Town! (July 3) And the Addison Oktoberfest (September 17–20) offers hotels a strong opportunity to drive occupancy and increase visibility during peak travel periods.
Hotel packages play an important role in enhancing the visitor experience while supporting overnight stays. Participating hotels will have the opportunity to offer special event rates, paired with added-value elements, such as event tickets or promotional items, coordinated by the Town at no cost to the hotel.
By opting in, your hotel will:
- Be featured on official event webpages
- Be included in Addison’s marketing and promotional efforts
- Gain increased exposure to event attendees actively looking for accommodations
Please note that only hotels offering a special event rate will be included in promotional listings.
Program Eligibility: Participation is limited to hotels located within Addison. You can view the full list of eligible properties here.
Our Special Events team is continuing to finalize package details for each event. All inclusions and logistics will be shared with participating hotels as they become available, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your guests.
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. However, hotels that submit early will have the best chance of being included in initial event marketing efforts, such as press releases and announcements.
