Special Events Partner Opportunity Form

Get involved with Addison Special Events with a vendor booth or other partnership opportunities. Vendors must submit an application to be considered for event participation. Please provide your fee or fee range for a 90-minute performance. Professional stage, sound and lighting is provided at Addison events; backline is provided on a case-by-case basis.
Please upload a promo kit for your business that includes high quality images, an FAQ about your business, a short paragraph on your background, qualifications, and any other relevant information.
