It was the Fourth of July, and a lady asked for a Magnolia, but Pancho had no time for that. Instead, he whipped up a concoction of Cointreau, lime, and tequila and named it the Margarita, which, in Spanish, means 'daisy.' Fast forward to a bar in East Dallas, the frozen margarita was born!
