Park and Pavilion Rentals
The park and pavilion spaces in Addison can be reserved for group gatherings of 20 or more people by applying for a Park Use Permit. To inquire about a permit please call 972-450-7048 or e-mail Mari Garcia at mgarcia@addisontx.gov. For group gatherings larger than 300 people, please contact Addison Special Events Department by emailing specialeventsinfo@addisontx.gov or visit the Special Event Permit Page.
Park Use Permit Requirements:
- Must be an Addison resident or business to apply for a park use permit, with the exception of a request to use a park categorized as a Destination Park.
- Group gatherings are only allowed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- With the exception of Les Lacs Park Pavilion a Park Use Permit will only be issued for a park categorized as a Neighborhood Park for a neighborhood-based type event, such as HOA event, that does not require parking.
- Destination Park permits will only be issued 30 days, or less, in advance. All other permits may be issued six months in advance.
Fees
- Addison residents $150.00 refundable deposit.
- Addison businesses $150.00 refundable deposit plus $75.00 for the first three hours of use. Each additional hour will be $25.00
- Non-Addison resident or business (destination park only) $150.00 refundable deposit plus hourly rate that correlates with the Special Events rental rate.
