Event Details

Addison After Dark is a specialty entertainment series that takes place on the third Saturdays of April, August, and October. Each month brings a different theme to life, featuring live music, fun activities, food trucks and more. Admission is free, and the popularity of the series has almost tripled since it was first introduced in 2019.

At Harvest Hayday, the leaves are changing colors and it’s worth celebrating. Grab a blanket and cozy up next to that special someone while listening to great music, eating food truck fare with the fam, or gossiping the night away with the bestie and a cocktail in hand.

Sponsorship Opportunity

During this event, each sponsor has the ability to gain exposure, build a following, and connect with local fans through a sampling activation at Harvest Hayday.  There is no fee to participate, only a product and staffing commitment. Please see below for details.

Addison would provide:

  • Space for onsite sampling activation
    • 10x10 outdoor space with 1 table, 2 chairs and 110V electricity
    • Addison Health Permit Fees 
    • ID checkers and wristbands for 21+ guests
  • Printed menu card for attendees listing sampling products
  • Connection with beverage concessionaire to discuss product selection for onsite sales
  • Mentions in 1 news release, 1 e-newsletter and social media
  • Logo/link on event website

Adult Beverage Company would provide:

  • 10x10 canopy tent (preferably branded)
  • Enough product and cups for a minimum of 500 samples
  • Ice and onsite product storage containers
  • TABC certified servers for onsite sampling activation
  • Addison Health Permit Requirements (Hand Washing Stations, Flooring, Etc.)
  • Certificate of insurance
  • Company logo

Permit Requirements

A Temporary Food Service License is required by the Town of Addison for any entity approved to serve food and/or beverage in conjunction with a Town-sponsored event. NO FEE is required, it will be covered by the Town of Addison. Please fill out the form here and attach to your application for participation.

Insurance Requirements

Sponsors are required to provide proof of insurance coverage at least one month prior to the Event, which it has purchased at its own expense. See the 2023 Vendor Rules and Regulations for specific requirements.

In connection with Addison Special Events indicated above (“Event”), Vendor agrees that it shall abide by and that Vendor's participation in the Event is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the “2023 Vendor Rules and Regulations” attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, and Vendor represents and warrants that Vendor has read and understands the same.
