What are the Event Dates?
Addison Kaboom Town always takes place on July 3rd. Event hours are 5pm - 11pm.
Are tickets required? If so, how much do they cost, and how do I get them?
Tickets are required. They are $10 for adults and can be purchased on the website beginning June 1.
This event does sell out every year.
Please be cautious of online scammers!

Where can I park
Free parking is available in the following garages:
- Millennium Garage (15455 North Dallas Parkway)
- Colonnade Garage (15305 North Dallas Parkway)
- Addison Circle Two Garage (15725 North Dallas Parkway)
**Accessible Parking available at DART parking lot (4925 Arapaho Road): Please note that there is a limited number of accessible parking spaces at this location, available on a first-come basis.
Accessible parking is also available in the three free parking garages listed above.
What can I bring?
Items ALLOWED
- Purses, handbags, diaper bags, and medium backpacks. All bags will be searched, please leave these items at home to avoid delayed entry.
- Strollers, children's wagons, and wheelchairs.
- Personal umbrellas not to exceed 50" in diameter.
- Blankets.
- Empty reusable water bottles.
- Collapsible lawn chairs.
- Small portable radios.
- Medically-Necessary Supplies. Must be in prescription packaging with photo ID.
Items NOT ALLOWED
- NO COOLERS
- NO outside food and beverage
- NO pop-up tents or shade structures of any size.
- NO large bags.
- NO over-sized chairs or lawn/household furniture
- NO pets, emotional support or other animals. Service animals are permitted.
- NO outside alcohol beverages.
- NO open flames or grills.
- NO laser pointers.
- NO fireworks or explosives.
- NO drones.
- NO computers or laptops.
- NO illegal substances.
- NO bicycles, skates, scooters, or skateboards.
All patrons entering Addison Circle Park will go through a strict screening process. You will be asked to get rid of any prohibited items. Addison DOES NOT provide a check station for holding personal items.
Will there be food and beverages available for purchase.
Yes, there will be numerous food and beverage vendors on site.
Addison no longer sells Tasty Bucks (food coupons/tickets). All food and beverage vendors will accept direct payment, including credit/debit card and Tasty Bucks from previous years (Addison Tasty Bucks never expire).
** No coolers or outside food and beverages are allowed in the festival.**
Once I leave, can I re-enter the park?
Guests who leave the event and plan to return on the same day must check out with event staff at a designated exit. When guests return to the park, they can enter through any festival entrance with valid credentials. Normal admission screening required.
What is the Pet Policy?
NO pets are allowed. Only service animals will be permitted. The tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the person's disability. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness and may not be left unattended. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
What is your Video & Photography Policy?
- Video surveillance cameras are used in Addison Circle Park.
- An official event photographer will be taking photos during the event.
- Patrons attending the event may be photographed for event marketing purposes.
- While cell phones and personal cameras (no external lenses, attachments or tripods) are permitted, attendees may not record music performances.
Where do I pick up my Ticket Package?
Attendees shall present tickets at the event to pick up package items. Specific details on pickup location will be provided.
What are Lost Parents?
At our events there are no lost kids only lost parents. This area will include a tag for Kaboom Town's smallest attendees to stay safe!
The system makes it easier to return a separated child to their Lost Parent.
Is this a family-friendly event?
- Yes! Attendees of all ages are welcome to enjoy the festivities.
- A variety of free and fee-based activities and attractions are offered throughout the festival.
- The Infant Care Lounge, which offers a baby changing and feeding station, is located in the center of the festival grounds.
Are The Events Wheelchair Accessible?
Addison strives to make Addison Circle Park as ADA-Friendly as possible, but not all areas are easily accessible with a wheelchair or stroller. Please be aware that much of the park is natural terrain, with uneven surfaces and the potential for mud. Accessible restrooms are available throughout the park.
What ADA and Accessibility accommodations are available at Addison Kaboom Town!®?

Is there a Storm Shelter?
The storm shelter for extreme weather can be found in the parking garage next to Festival Headquarters (4943 Addison Cir).
Where is the Lost and Found?
- During event hours, a lost and found is located at the Information Booth on the north side of the park near Addison Circle.
- After hours please contact the Addison Police Department at pdrecords@addisontx.gov with your name, contact number, and a description of the lost item.
